I am taking this opportunity to thank you for the 6 day tour that we booked at the last minute. This tour brought wonderful experience for Serra and myself. I also want to thank our guide, Gusti Ngurah, for his hard work. We find he is honest, reliable, punctual, and very knowledgeable and we feel fortunate to have him as our guide. I am always interested in other cultures and have asked Gusti many questions about the traditional ceremonials of wedding, birth and funerals in Bali. I was impressed that he could provide detailed information for me to understand the traditional culture in Bali. 

Serra and I sincerely appreciate all that he has done for us during this tour and if we could ever come back to Bali for a holiday, we'd like him to be our guide once again. I'd want to recommend your company and Gusti to my friends in Australia who are planning to come to Bali for a holiday during Christmas time.
